Another Look At Kurt Russell In ‘Bone Tomahawk’

Here is another look at Kurt Russell in his new western, Bone Tomahawk.  The movie is said to have somewhat of a horror slant to it.  Russell leads the film as a sheriff who, along with a few other folks, attempts to rescue a group of captives from a band of varmant cannibals that live out yonder, beyond civilization.  Anyone getting vibes from John McTiernan’s ‘The 13th Warrior’?

The feature marks the debut of director S. Craig Zahler, David Arquette is also among the cast.  This will be Kurt Russell’s first western in over 20 years, with Tombstone being his last.  Production on the movie just wrapped with a release date scheduled for Q4 2015.  Hopefully this will be another shot in the arm for the western, lets hope this is a renaissance we’re seeing.

But really though, what about that fucking mustache/beard that Russell is sporting here?  Eh?!  Manly as fuck doesn’t really begin to cover it…
