First, before I forget, Sam Neill and Adrien Brody will star in Backtrack, a mystery thriller. The film will have a supernatural bent. Neill will play a shrink who is treating Brody, witness of apparitions. Neill begins seeing the apparitions himself.
Second, another small VOD movie featuring uh, former stars, is Stand Off. This one features Laurence Fishburne and Thomas Jane. Now this one sounds somewhat better, Thomas Jane plays a veteran back from the sandbox suffering PTSD. He irons out those problems by protecting a 12 year old girl some pissants are trying to kill. This has a February 26th release date.
At the other end of 2016 we have Bad Santa 2, which has now been given a November 23rd release date. The original movie needs to introduction, we definitely should be looking forward to that. Lastly, Guy Ritchie’s ‘King Arthur’ has been delayed from July 22nd 2016 to February 17th 2017.
That does not look like a confident slide to me. But is anyone surprised? The movie looks utterly gay, they’re trying to make King Arthur look like some pansy from a shampoo advert. Which audience are they going for here?
