Clarke On Returning To Terminator: “Uh Uh”

A central role in Terminator: Genisys was played by Emilia Clarke as the Mother of the Future.  The film itself did not perform well commercially nor critically and although Arnold Schwarzenegger says he means to return for another movie, it appears Clarke has other ideas.

She tells Coming Soon: “No. Can I say that? It’s okay. No. Uh-uh. But I have some very different roles coming up.”

Schwarzenegger, you need to say the same thing.  This franchise is done, especially if Cameron just sits on the rights, which I wouldn’t blame him for doing.  Focus on Conan 3 or The Predator instead.

It’s not being negative to simply point this out, to quote a Dirty Harry movie, another Terminator in the current format is about as welcome as a turd in a swimming pool.
