Here is the trailer for Rambo V: Last Blood, following the bootleg leak recently.

The film is directed by Adrian Grunberg and has a September 20th release date.

Synopsis: Vietnam War veteran John Rambo teams up with a reporter to save a kidnapped girl from a vicious drug cartel in Mexico.
