What’s up next for Sylvester Stallone?  Aside from The Family Stallone and The Expendables 4, Stallone has announced a new horror/thriller movie on his official forums.

This is from a book released in the late 1980s, the synopsis of which reads:

Thomas Bishop was twenty-five when he escaped from an institution for the criminally insane. Behind him was a grotesque history of pain, murder and rage. Ahead lay a path of horrifying vengeance that would trigger the most intense manhunt in history.

No word on whether or not Stallone will actually star in this or direct, or maybe both.  Either way it sounds like it could be a good one.
