Bautista Is Highlander Reboot Villain?
Dave Bautista seems to be popping up more regularly in manly movies these days. Next up are SPECTRE and a reboot of Kickboxer. Another possible reboot is Highlander, again as the villain.
Latino Review broke the news with Bautista slated to take on Clancy Brown’s role of The Kurgan from the original 1986 film. The Kurgan first encounters Connor MacLeod on the battlefield in 16th century Scotland, where he discovers his foe is also immortal. The two meet again for their final battle in modern-day New York.
Minus the ‘Queen’ soundtrack, the original was alpha as fuck, with Sean Connery appearing as the Highlander’s mentor. But I don’t know if Bautista will be able to outdo Clancy Brown. That guy was on another level and in fact if you ask me, would’ve been one of the few men to make a great alternate T-800.

Any new s on the new transporter film that was in development? Was suppose to land at some point this year. Still hasn’t been a trailer or much news on the project, got any updates? On when trailer will debut?

1) The TNT Network aired the ” The Transporter” tv series a few months ago. I did not watch all the episodes. Just saw bits & pieces..it was ok.regular stuff. But i can’t really comment until i watch them all
2) I think the movie Transporter Legacy is supposed to come out in the summer. June i think. No trailer yet..just pics
..what i don’t like is that at least they should have change the name of the character, as in another driver. Avoid comparison to Stathams character a lil bit at least.

Yeah I heard about the series just never seemed appealing without Statham as the lead and thanks for the update I’m kind of curious to see how the new film will turn out without Statham as the lead and fair point should have maybe created a new character. I’m sure its meant to be a prequel though so comparisons are obviously going to be made also there be a high chance it ll be pg 13 with a summer release.
