48 Hours is 30

48 Hours was released 30 years ago on this weekend.  It helped to kick start the signature 80’s/90’s violent action genre.  There’ll be quite a few 30 year anniversaries coming up from now on.  Walter Hill is back with Bullet to the Head, there’s no better man for Stallone to work with.  Well, maybe Cameron or McTiernan.  Wonder why neither never happened.
