Cameron Hypes Aliens Sequel Script

Jim Cameron appears to be getting in on that ‘Aliens’ sequel hype thing.  Which is good.  What we need is a director as powerful as he keeping the fire lit while the Alien: Covenant thing sort of steal the light, which isn’t a bad thing in itself.  Remember this is the first time in way over ten years that both Cameron and Ridley Scott have been sticking their (very welcome) oars in at the same time in this franchise – remember when they were supposed to do an Alien movie together and Paul W.S. Anderson was instead given the job of AVP?  Fuck, man…

Anyway, Cameron along with Sigourney Weaver are hyping the script as you can see from the above verified Tweet.  So bring back the Colonial Marines and those Pulse rifles too (already confirmed) and we’ll have ourselves a goddamned town meeting!
