The Raid Remake Is Shooting This September

Busy month this September.

Added to the shooting slate is now The Raid, the remake that is.  For those out of the loop it’ll be directed by The Expendables 3 director Patrick Hughes.  Early rumors suggested the Hemsworth brothers appearing with a possible role for Scott Adkins.  This is being handled by Screen Gems and Sony.  Will it be Rated R? Nothing is sacred anymore.  Who knows.

According to yesterday’s update both Beverly Hills Cop IV and London Has Fallen may shoot the same month.

From what we’ve pieced together from rumblings out of Bulgaria and a report from Total Film magazine, The ExpendaBelles could shoot late September but either way Sylvester Stallone and Harrison Ford will film extended cameos when it does happen.  To me… no way that’ll be anything other than PG-13 and a complete mess to boot.  Stallone’s only Rated R movie in sight now is Reach Me, a DTV drama.  Delayed, our review copy got pushed from June to unspecified Q4.
