COBRA KAI WILL RUN FOR SIX SEASONS

How long will Cobra Kai run for?  We probably have an answer for that this week as Ralph Machio tells LAD Bible that the creators of the show have long-term plans in place and he and his co-star are all on board for the duration:

“The writers have always felt they had six seasons in their head, where the story arcs can go. So that should all land when the time is right. You don’t want to overstay your welcome, but the fans are having fun, and there’s more story there. As long as we’re allowed to keep doing it, Billy and I are in.”

This would strongly suggest that Mike Barnes and Sensei Silver will return to the series. Sean Kanan has all but confirmed that his character will return, but for another three seasons, you’re going to need some extra fuel in the tank and another big name.  Given that Silver has already been mentioned on the show, he’s another likely return.

Sensei Silver showing up in Cobra Kai should prove to be one of TV’s all time manliest moments.
