IT’S FINALLY HAPPENING… BEVERLY HILLS COP 4 SHOOTING IN DAYS

Beverly Hills Cop 4 is um, happening.  Again.  This thing has been on and off for 25 years.  In recent years, Paramount sold the movie to Netflix, who hired Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah to direct.  They left to direct Batgirl.  The movie now though appears to be starting within days.

“Well, we’re making another Beverly Hills cop. We start that in like a week or 10 days and that’s gonna be for Netflix,” Bruckheimer told ComicBook.com.

A while back, according to TheWrap, Netflix has hired Marc Molloy, and the movie is back on.

Molloy is an Australian director who has not made a feature movie before, he has only directed television adverts.  There is not much known about this movie.

I wonder if the success of ‘legacy sequel’ Top Gun: Maverick has had any influence on this one being finally put in gear…
