Terry Crews Talks The Expendables 4

Since Sylvester Stallone is now kind of done with action, you’d have to wonder where The Expendables 4 is at right now.  We can kind of get a feel for that with this weeks words Collider had with Terry Crew.  Well, kind of.  Here is what he said.

‘You know, I’m waiting.  You know, I’m so happy for Sly.  He’s my mentor, he’s my dad in this business.  I know and believe he’s going to get that Oscar.  I was so happy at the Golden Globes, he deserves it.  He’s got a lot more choices now.  It’s whether he wants to do it or not.  If he wants to do it, I’m in.  But it’s really up to Sly, it’s his baby, his creation.  If he wants to do another one, I’m in.’

Well, like I said somewhere else, this cash cow ain’t going anywhere.  Now whether it shows up with TMoney and Stallone is another thing, but man, Avi Lerner and Co. putting The Expendables out to pasture this early?  Uh uh, no way.

There’ll be an Expendables 4.  Then there’ll be VOD sequels and damnit, if they can, they’ll squeeze out some iPhone game or something.  Now if TMoney doesn’t show up in the VOD sequels… can you guess who will?  The question is, who has got to eat and who has a smug, knowing, grin?

Sorry to be cynical, but perhaps there’s only one or two left who can breath new life into this thing.  Jackie Chan and maybe Steven Seagal, but I don’t know that Chan will show up without Stallone.
