Seagal Doesn’t Qualify For Arizona Governor… Yet

It was recently reported that Chief Seagal intended to possibly run for Governor of Arizona. “Manly Man Steven Seagal may be following in the footsteps of Predator trio Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jesse Ventura and Sonny Landham who each aspired for governorship.  Although Sonny Landham didn’t win his position as governor of Kentucky – too politically incorrect.  Anyway, former CIA agent, Vietnam Veteran, Navy SEAL and currently serving police officer Steven Seagal wants to add a governorship role to his resume.”

Well that’s not going to happen.  Yet.  In order to run for Governorship of a State in the US, a prerequisite is that you must have lived there for at least five years.  Seagal has not yet lived in Arizona for five years.  Now I don’t know how long he’s lived there, exactly, but I do know he’d make a good Governor.  You can get a feel for Sensei Seagal’s political outlook by checking this article and video.
