Kitsch, Vaughn, Farrell For True Detective
True Detective: Season 2 is on the cards, and that should catch your interest since the first was damned fucking good. As it’s an anthology, the second season will be completely removed from the first.
A new report from The Wrap surfaced tonight and suggests creator Nic Pizzolatto is close to firming up the rest of the cast, which now has Vince Vaughn, Colin Farrell and Taylor Kitsch close to signing on. Vaugn would supposedly play the villain this time around. I’m guessing this also means Kitsch is leaning to this over The Raid remake – that might be a wise move.
A while back Exorcist director William Friedkin was rumoured to be helming this. I hope that’s true, it would be the perfect fit.
