Behind The Scenes On Skin Trade

Dolph Lundgren some time ago finished up photography on Skin Trade, a day quite a few might have been forgiven for thinking would never have come.  In the movie Lundgren will head to Thailand and team up with cop Tony Jaa to avenge his wife’s killing by taking on a sex-trafficking crime lord.

The film has been Lundgren’s pet project for many years.  The movie, also starring Michael Jai White, is a thriller but will also have a few action sequences, as Tony Jaa told us in our exclusive interview with him:

MM: Skin Trade seems to be a thriller first and an action movie second, are you consciously seeking more dramatic roles now?

TJ: Skin Trade has amazing action sequences, as good or better than any pure action movie. However it has a very strong story, very strong acting and a message. This ultimately appeals to a broader audience. I prefer a film with a good story, good acting and action.
