The T-800 will appear once again in Terminator: Genisys (assuming they drop that T-850 nonsense), again played by Arnold Schwarzenegger. He will look a little aged though since Arnold is getting on in years. Terminator creater James Cameron has an answer for that, speaking at the 30th anniversary celebrations;
“I pointed out that the outer covering (of the Terminator) was actually not synthetic, that it was organic and therefore could age, you could theoretically have a Terminator that was sent back in time, missed his target, and ended up just kind of living on in society. Because he is a learning computer and has a brain as a central processor, he could actually become more human as he went along without getting discovered.”
I think Cameron is selling his friend Arnold Schwarzenegger rather than genuinely selling this as a good idea. Almost like Cameron doesn’t really care or expect much about the actual movie. He also, basically, gave away the plot…
