Tatum Not Keen On 23 Jump Street

The Rated R actioner Jump Street comedy series has been doing great business at the box office, and that doesn’t include missed ticket sales where 13 year old giggling school girls snuck in to see Tatum, don’t tell anyone about that though, because there is a genuine business case for cashing in on tatum with that crowd, unlike The Expendables.

Anyway, Channing Tatum ain’t too excited about a third movie…

“If we did a third one, it couldn’t be in there. I feel like that would be a cop-out. College was the obvious next step for us. We had to go there. I don’t know what the next step is after college. Do we go and take down Enron? Or the government in D.C.? I feel like it’s all redundant. The big running joke of the second movie is this is just going to be bigger and (crappier) than the first time. I don’t know if that joke works three times so we’ll see.”

Channing Tatum was the second highest paid actor in 2013, earning a giant $60 million for the year. That’s ahead of anyone else you can think of but Robert Downey Jr. 22 Jump Street was ‘okay’, so with Tatum living in a solid gold house and probably sleeping with ten thousand women, I’m not surprised he’s not keen.

However, you never know. He might succumb to BWS. Bruce Willis Syndrome.
