Expendables 3 Fan Trailer Was Better Than Actual Movie

I remember at one point actually being excited for The Expendables 3.  Back in 2013 or thereabouts.  Anyone else?

This trailer by TheActionMovieArtist didn’t hurt, looking back, shit, it was better than the actual movie.  It’s like it captured what the movie should’ve been, in theory.  I don’t see how hard it was to get that right.

God damn how we need Simon Phoenix with his henchmen (Jesse Ventura among them) to re-appear in a cinema.  Should have been The Expendables 3 where this happened.  With Snipes as Mel Gibson’s right hand man/henchman.  And he should’ve killed at least one Expendable at the behest of Stonebanks by beating them to death using martial arts, with an old school Phoenix-like one liner to seal the deal.

Damn them.  Damn them all ta hell!
