Wanna Read Terminator: Genisys Spoilers?

As you know, ManlyMovie was the first website to post an (English speaking, the Russkies got there first) review of the Terminator: Genisys screenplay, the first honest one too I might add.  You can read the full review here.  The script is undated, but everything that appears in the trailer is in it.

Now WhatCulture has posted 12 Major Spoilers from the movie, which you can read here.

Of course we’ve known this stuff for ages but did not post it.  There are reasons for that.  First, Paramount has sent us a cease and desist notice in the past year, not including two copyright YouTube notices for uploading behind the scenes footage.  I don’t want to hear from them again, and even a spoiler-free negative review was a calculated risk.  Even linking to senstive stuff can draw the ire of the execs, months back when I linked to leaked Fury Road pictures, I had someone hassling me with a legal disclaimer demanding its removal.

So to upload a review laden with spoilers was risky to me, although if you read the above article, my complaints are confirmed.  And you know what, even if you upload a review that is positive but has some spoilers, they may ask you to take it down.

The reason for that?  Big sites and magazines are given ‘exclusive’ promises to reveal those pieces of info, and the studios don’t want anyone interfering with those agreements, I mean their precious articles won’t be worth shit if someone else is feeding the fans earlier, right?  So leaking even positive spoilers can be risky.  Anyway, WhatCulture has gone ‘naked’ right there with those spoilers, so now on their heads be it.
