All Female “Jump Street” Planned

An all-female version of the “Ghostbusters” isn’t the only franchise at Sony Pictures feels fit to give a feminist makeover.

Tracking Board has posted a new rumor saying that a female-centric spin-off of the “21 Jump Street” franchise is in the works with “Broad City” scribes Lucia Aniello and Paul W. Downs said to be penning the script.

The film is said to sport the same tone as the Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum-led films, but plot specifics are under wraps.  It isn’t going to interfere with 23 Jump St by the way, which is still very much on the cards too.
