Theron Joins John Wick Directors’ Spy Movie

It’s always a good idea to keep up to speed on what the makers of the manliest movie of 2014 (that would be John Wick) are getting up to next.

Focus Features has announced that directors David Leitch and Chad Stahelski will direct ‘The Coldest City, from a Kurt Johnstad script which is based on Antony Johnston’s bestselling graphic novel. The project reportedly sports a $30 million+ budget which Focus has committed to a wide release.

Charlize Theron will play a spy who is activated after an underground MI6 officer is killed just before the fall of the Berlin Wall. She must find a list he was smuggling into the West to protect herself and the counter intelligence community.
