Ready For Mission Impossible 6?

Most of us haven’t even seen Mission: Impossible Rogue Nation yet, the fifth movie.  It’s getting good reviews by the way.  But after that there is already talk of a sixth movie.

Appearing on The Daily Show last night, Tom Cruise revealed to host Jon Stewart that work has already begun on the next entry in the series with production aiming to begin next Summer: “We’re starting to work on [Mission: Impossible 6] now. We’ll probably start shooting it next summer [in 2016].”

So if it works out, that would mean Ethan Hunt’s next mission would be in cinemas sometime in 2017, though no directors are attached at this time. Cruise is finishing up work on Doug Liman’s “Mena” and is expected to segue from that into the “Jack Reacher” and “Top Gun” sequels to film in the latter half of this year and early next year.

Damn, Cruise is busy and most of these movies sound good…
