First Trailer For ‘Dad’s Army’

The old school British sitcom Dad’s Army is getting the reboot treatment in the form of a theatrical movie and has enlisted the help of some strong talent to do it. Bill Nighy, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Toby Jones, Michael Gambon, Mark Gatiss, Daniel Mays, Tom Courtenay, Sarah Lancashire, Alison Steadman and more star in the film which has been scheduled for a February 5th 2016 release.

The original show followed a fictional British town’s platoon of veterans who’ve been tasked with defending against possible invasion of Blighty by the Nazis. In the film, Zeta-Jones plays a journalist doing a story on the group – but she may also be a German spy.

This was before my time to be honest, man this is a really old show.  Maybe some old timers out there will get a kick out of this.  But anyhow, here is the trailer.
