Rumor: Stallone Filming EX4 In Colombia

Take the following with a grain of salt, but word is (via ColombiaReports) that Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger will film the first scenes for a fourth Expendables movie in November, in Colombia.

The report says that: ‘Sylvester Stallone, is reported to be arriving in Colombia in the first weeks of November to film scenes for the fourth part of the American action series “The Expendables.”  Arnold Schwarzenegger is reported to be accompanying Stallone on the visit.’

They also say that director Simon Brand will ‘join’ production and that the first scenes will shoot in the hills of Medellin.  Obviously, these kinds of rumors pop up all the time, as soon as one Expendables movie is released, rumors for the next start.

But, to play devils advocate for a minute, more and more big productions are shooting down there (including Mena with Tom Cruise), and when Avi Lerner first mentioned a fourth Expendables, he said it would be set in South America.  Will there be a split shoot between there and China?

There’s also the fact that Arnold Schwarzenegger met with Expendables producer Robert Earl this week and according to the DailyMail, it’s to discuss a fourth movie.
