Dragon Blade Cut By 20 Minutes

This one was sent in by Sergei today.  It appears that there are two vastly different cuts of Jackie Chan’s Dragon Blade.

‘I found this news today, it looks like Jackie Chan’s movie Dragon Blade, which I saw already (international cut) was cut, they cut out 20 min of footage for the USA and International release. Where in THE Hong Kong version THE movie runs a full 125 min.’

Dragon Blade was quite a successful movie in China.  I wonder if the movie released in China is actually superior, I wouldn’t bank on it since Jake’s review pretty much gave the same verdict as the consensus for the movie, which was the Chinese version.  You can read more about two versions of the movie existing at EasternFilmFans.
