Pulse Rifle Returning In Alien 5

Since one of the new Alien movies follows Aliens, many have been hoping that some of the iconography of that classic manly movie will make a return.  Shit, we certainly hope so – see this article from last year before this movie was announced, Bring Back The Colonial Marines! Director Neill Blomkamp has given a nice update to his Instagram followers then.  That beauty, the Pulse Rifle will apparently show up again.

It looks like this will be the first prop in the movie, perhaps?  Ridley Scott’s Alien prequel hits in the first half of 2017.  Scott has said Blomkamp’s movie will also appear in 2017, so maybe it will appear in the second half.  Hell maybe the Pulse Rifle will appear in Scott’s movie.  A variant of it was ‘in’ Prometheus, just not the final cut.
