Sounds Like Michael Biehn Dislikes Terminator Genisys

Michael Biehn has been speaking quite openly recently.  First were his recent comments on the Aliens sequel and now come some comments on Terminator: Genisys, The Fast& The Furious and blatant cashing in.  In an article appearing on IGN Biehn says it’s just one sequel after another;

That’s what the bottom line is now: money. That’s why you end up seeing Terminator 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 10 and The Fast and Furious 7,8,9, and 10′

Biehn caused a stir this week by saying, with regards to an Aliens seqel: ‘They’re planning on bringing me and Newt back,” said Biehn “And at this point Newt will be around twenty-seven years old. I know that every actress in Hollywood is going to want to play this one, it’s really a passing of the torch between Sigourney and this younger actress who would play Newt.’ before recanting.

Well I guess at least with the Aliens sequel Neill Blomkamp clearly cares about franchise integrity.
