TV Spot: London Has Fallen (2016)

It really is nice to be treated to a Die Hard clone this year, ’cause that’s what we’re probably going to get with ‘London Has Fallen’.  Check out the TV spot above, found on John Matrix’s YouTube Channel.

In the sequel, the world’s leaders assemble for the funeral of the UK Prime Minister with the event becoming the target of a terrorist organization. It’s up to the President of the United States (Aaron Eckhart), his sidekick Gerard Butler and MI6 heroine Charlotte Riley to fix things.

Morgan Freeman, Angela Bassett, Robert Forster, Jackie Earle Haley, Melissa Leo, Alon Moni Aboutboul, Radha Mitchell, Sean O’Bryan and Waleed Zuaiter also star in the film which was directed by Babak Najafi from a script by Creighton Rothenberger, Katrin Benedikt, Christian Gudegast and Chad St. John. The film opens March 4th.

Remember when Butler crushed that guy’s head with a statue in the first movie?  That’s when I knew it was no girlie man deal.
