Fox Declares April 26 ‘Alien Day’

Following last year’s ‘May the 4th’ event for girlie man series Star Wars, Fox will this year try something similar for manly man property ‘Alien’.

April 26th is being lined up as a special day for the Alien series.  The numbers 4 and 26 tying up with LV-426.   Amazon’s Audible will be release a brand-new audio drama, Alien – Out of the Shadows (Book 1) (Alien Trilogy 1), starring Rutger Hauer.

A campaign is also being set up where fans can win prizes every 42.6 minutes on Twitter.

Also, Alien and Aliens will be running in select theatres on the day.   The ‘Reebok Alien Stompers’ sneakers will be available from April 26th at the company’s official site and select Reebok stores worldwide.
