A Cool Look For The Rock In ‘Fast 8’
As filming for Furious 8/Fast 8, or whatever the hell they’re going to call it continues, The Rock has updated his Instagram with a new pic of himself as Luke Hobbs. Cool look, makes you wonder about him doing the whole ‘Predator’ thing. It sure would be a way to pass the torch, especially if Arnie shows up in a small role as rumoured.
Anyone ever notice how Vin Diesel grows five inches in these movies when on screen with The Rock? It’s very strange. It’s almost like The Rock shrinks, or Diesel grows!
Anyway, one thing they need to be careful with is the cast growing too big. FuriousBoys (name for F/F fanboys?) won’t hear it, but too many names in an ensemble just kills the script, even for an action movie. This is especially true when one or two actors are bent on hogging the screen. Now that they’re keeping Statham and adding Theron (gotta get in on that feminist slant and not be under-represented)… someone has to die.
