Stallone Hit With Hefty Lawsuit

If you’ve been keeping up with Sylvester Stallone recently you might have heard that he’s going to get involved with a fitness-based reality TV series titled ‘Strong’.  Just one thing to get out of the way first, the $7 million lawsuit.

Personal trainer Robert Fletcher claims that he created a show called “America’s Next Great Trainer” and shopped it around Hollywood two years ago, reported TMZ.

Fletcher alleges he sent his pitch material to Stallone’s publicist, and also to agents at William Morris Endeavor, which represent the 69-year-old actor.  The New York native says in court documents filed on June 10 that he even had a signed agreement with California-based conditioning coach Todd Durkin to host the show.  Didn’t something similar happen with the first Expendables movie?

Anyway, $7 million is nothing.  Not when you hear about $140 million paydays, and rising, in the case of Thunderlips Vs. Gawker.
