Mel Hanging Out With The Irish Army

Our boy Mel is back in Ireland this October and naturally gets along well with the Irish Military, who he has worked with in the past.  Some nice random pics below, with Mel manning an anti-tank gun.

This crew-served weapon is a ceremonial display weapon, still capable of firing 25lb blanks.  It looks like Mel is having fun there.

Mr. Gibson is currently filming the Professor and a Madman with Sean Penn.  Gibson is a frequent visitor to his ancestral homeland.
