We’ve had some good news in recent times that Steven Seagal was moving forward with Under Siege 3 and Above the Law 2. These are planned bigger movies than his typical DTV roles which he has been involved in for the past 10-15 years. Is he changing pace?
According to the Steven Seagal Forums, the director of Attrition (said to also have a larger budget) says this;
Nothing to update except Steven is back in Bangkok and we’re putting everything together. Will take some time. Not sure how long. Many different factors in play. He’s basically taken this year off to concentrate on these next few projects he’s been developing. He’s only shot one movie earlier in the year and as you know he usually does a few of them. This was his decision. I will keep you posted.
Well if this is the way things are going then this is good news. A measured and more considerate era for Steven Seagal’s career. It could be a good thing…
