The Rock Talks Real Life Beef With Diesel

Earlier this year The Rock had an apparent falling out with a co-star.  In a new interview with The Los Angeles Times, Dwayne Johnson confirmed that it was Vin Diesel he was referring to in an Instagram post that went viral back in August where he spoke about having an issue with one of his Fast 8 co-stars.

In the Instagram post, The Rock noted that his female co-stars are always amazing while stating that his male co-stars were a different story.

“Some conduct themselves as stand up men and true professionals, while others don’t,” wrote The Rock. “The ones that don’t are too chicken shit to do anything about it anyway. Candy asses. When you watch this movie next April and it seems like I’m not acting in some of these scenes and my blood is legit boiling – you’re right.”

Regarding the comments, The Rock told the L.A. Times this week, “I was very clear with what I said. I’ve been in the game a long time.”  He also added; Would Universal [Pictures] have preferred that didn’t happen,” questioned Johnson. “Sure, we talked about it. The irony is after that and as they do their tracking and all their analysis, the interest shot through the roof to a whole other level.”

We called it on here very early on that this whole ‘feud’ was very probably an orchestrated farce leading to a ‘WrestleMania’ match in an attempt to prop up WWE’s ratings and buy rights which are in the toilet.  That PPV also conveniently runs around the same time ‘Fast 8’ releases.
