It looked for a while that Vin Diesel may have crapped on something genuinely coming out of the Fast series, when he supposedly nixed that post-credits scene. But hey, looks like Universal has the last say.
Now, The Rock is hyping the movie on Instagram. Here is what he had to say;
“A very very special shout out to a certain bald-headed, English tea drinkin’, crumpets eatin’, God Save The Queen singin’ suuuuuum bitch, Jason Statham. One fine day, we will give the audience what they want and fight. And it will be the greatest fight in the history of movies.
We will then drink like brothers as you nurse your wounds, because I’m gonna knock your teeth so far down your throat, you’re gonna have to stick a toothbrush up your ass to brush ’em. Thanks for trusting me brotha and cheers to always having fun for audience.”
Anyone picking up a subtext there? In the movie, they tease a fight, which doesn’t happen. Did a certain actor veto that too? You know that it’s going to be ironic when this movie turns out better than any of the main movies featuring Diesel.
Sounds like The Rock is on a mission…
