Arnie: We’re Still Making Terminator, Conan & Triplets

Good news has come down the pipe.  Arnold Schwarzenegger is going to come out with some sequels some thought were dead or not to feature him.  First, at Cannes Schwarzenegger confirmed that the mooted Triplets project, the sequel to 1986 comedy Twins, could go into production this year.

“The script will be finished in a month”, he said, confirming that he would be starring alongside Danny DeVito and Eddie Murphy, and that original producer-director Ivan Reitman is involved in the project. “It’s just around the corner,” he said.

He also confirmed to Screen Daily that he will be reprising his most iconic role in what is a long history of action classics. He says this about returning as the T-800.

“It is back. It is moving forward. He [Cameron] has some good ideas of how to continue with the franchise. I will be in the movie.

But Arnie stopped short for an update, confirming that things are moving forward.

“It’s being rewritten…the idea is to do it.”

Will Conan 3 be the most important in bringing Arnie back as an A-lister?
