UPDATED: Stallone Speaks On Bogus Rape Allegation

UPDATED: Sly Stallone has spoken on this second rape allegation.   ‘That never ever happened,’ he told Radar on Friday. ‘This is not true.’

‘It’s one thing to go after me, but they really attack the innocent — the people that are going along with their lives, their reputations are sullied by this,’ Stallone said referring to his wife, Jennifer Flavin and their three daughters.

‘They are carrying the burden of a lie for the rest of their lives. Cruel is cruel. You don’t have to make things up.’

However, authorities are still investigating the allegation.  Which I suppose is procedure, so Stallone has not seen the back of this yet.  The DA will decide whether or not to prosecute.

PREVIOUSLY: A while back Sylvester Stallone was accused of rape.  Well, the press had a field day with the allegations, but didn’t seem nearly as enthused when Stallone’s ex wife debunked the whole thing.

That allegation was from 1986.

Now, the latest is from 1990.  This was referred to for the first time by TMZ on Wednesday.  The website claims the woman told another media outlet, which it did not name, that Stallone raped her 27 years ago and that she now wants him brought to justice. It is not clear whether or not the woman has reported her allegation to police in Santa Monica, where the alleged attack happened.

She alleges the attack happened in Santa Monica, but while Stallone says he did know the woman, he says he was only with her in 1987 in Israel, while filming a movie.

This movie can only be Rambo III.  There are behind the scenes photos of Stallone with a stunning blonde, but it’s not clear if this is the woman.  I’ve posted those photos on our social media a few times.

But with this case, Stallone has apparently had enough of this allegations.  According to The Daily Mail, Stallone wants this woman charged by police for making false allegations about rape.  One thing is for sure, the man has recently had a trial by media and was cleared — something that very seldom happens.  The kid Stallone worked with in Over The Top also debunked the lies.  So this looks like a pile of bullshit again.

Time to sue.
