The Big Nasty Cast As Drago’s Son

Turns out Drago has a son.

Standing at 6’4″ and weighing 245 pounds, 27-year-old Romanian boxer Florian ‘Big Nasty’ Munteanu has been cast in the role of the son in Creed II.  And I bet the video above is what got him the role.  If he is in the movie, Tracking Board have gotten things wrong in the past.

Michael B. Jordan is giving up five inches and around 100lbs to Munteanu, so we’re sort of looking at Rocky/Drago all over again with David Vs. Goliath.

Solid choice though, because importantly The Big Nasty is a charismatic fellow.  You just can’t go out and cast any old brick shit house meathead.

I mean anyone who does curls with his Pittbull in the woods is surely a contender for such a role.
