Rush Hour To Get Female Reboot

That Hash Tag Show has just revealed in an exclusive that STX Studios are in the early development stages for a Rush HourReboot that will star female versions of detective James Carter and inspector Lee.

Finally.  Just what everyone was asking for.  After everyone demanded the same for Ghostbusters, Ocean’s and Blade.

They also now have someone in mind to take on the Jackie Chan role in the film – The Meg, Resident Evil: Retribution  and Transformers: Age of Extinction actress Li Bingbing.

The first three films have grossed a combined $850 million at the global box office.

Anyone remember when Jean Claude Van Damme was rumored as the villain for Rush Hour 3?  That was a nice rumor, it would’ve been good.  It was probably Van Damme’s ego that torpedoed it.
