UPDATED: Radcliffe Set For ‘Violent’ Actioner

PREVIOUSLY:Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe is set to appear in a new action comedy for Altitude Films and Occupant Entertainment.

In Guns Akimbo, Radcliffe plays Miles, an ordinary guy who suddenly finds himself forced to fight a gladiator-like battle for a dark website that streams combative confrontations for viewers. Miles must fight a heavily armed opponent and also save his kidnapped ex-girlfriend.

Jason Lei Howden penned and helms the film which is currently in pre-production. Joe Neurauter and Felipe Marino are producing.  The content that it streamed is described as ‘violence’, but who knows what context that’ll really fall under.

Uh, Radcliffe in a manly movie?  Probably not…
