This is probably the biggest thing Sylvester Stallone has done in years, since The Expendables 3. There will be more focus on the fight between Drago and Apollo Creed. Elsewhere the comedic robot subplot will be removed from the movie entirely, with Stallone stating that the robot has been ‘sent to the scrapheap’, which might suggest a more serious tone for the movie. Although others has postulated that the creator of the robot sought royalties.
Film of the year?
