Here’s the trailer for There Are No Saints. The film is a 2022 Mexican-American action thriller film directed by Alfonso Pineda Ulloa and starring José María Yazpik, Paz Vega, Ron Perlman and Tim Roth.

Synopsis: Looking to start a new life, a former hit man nicknamed the Jesuit is unable to escape the sins of his past. With enemies on both sides of the law, he has nowhere to turn when his only son is kidnapped by a ruthless cartel boss.

The film is available on demand right now.  Paul Shrader was the writer on this one, the guy who wrote Taxi Driver, Bringing out the Dead and more.  This movie has actually been in the can for eight years, so there’s the reason for the actors looking somewhat younger.
