Here is the trailer for Australian Vietnam war movie Danger Close: The Battle of Long Tan.
Synopsis: One late afternoon in 1966, in a Vietnamese rubber plantation, 108 young and mostly inexperienced Australian and New Zealand soldiers held off a force of 2500. This is their untold story.
Australia had legitimate fears of communism spreading south out of Vietnam (e.g. the Domino Theory) and heading a little too close to the northern flank of their great continent, hence their involvement in the war there.
Directed by Kriv Stenders, the film is released on August 8th.
