Reeves’ John Rain: “Unseen Level Of Action For TV”

Keanu Reeves is making a foray into television with “Rain”, an hourlong series from Slingshot Global Media, based on the best-selling book series by Barry Eisler.  Now “John Wick” directors Chad Stahelski and David Leitch, who will act as producers alongside Reeves himself, have spoken about delivering on action, for a TV show…

“No one’s done the action to the level that I think we can do it.  And it’ll be hard because you’re gonna fit it in a box on TV that you don’t have to fit it in a box in cinema, you have a little more resources.  That would be the challenge for Rain, how do you make compelling action as well that’s worthy of the big screen but living on the small screen?”
