The Rock Set For “Alpha Squad Seven”

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is set to star in the upcoming sci-fi actioner comedy “Alpha Squad Seven” which DreamWorks has won in a bidding war.

Jeremiah Friedman and Nick Palmer created the pitch, but plot details are being kept under wraps beyond it being an “action-comedy adventure set in space”.

Johnson himself and Beau Flynn (“San Andreas”) will produce.  Word is that this is supposed to be some type of dual-starring role although no other leading actor or actress has been mentioned for this project thus far.  Rock working like a beast…
