Given that there are like 9 trillion Indians, the Bollywood market is a big one. Something that caught the eye of Universal when they scouted for stars for Furious 7 in order to maximize their audience. Salmon Khan is a big action star in India and a while back Sylvester Stallone did some light hearted courting of the man on Twitter for The Expendables 4.
Would like to thank the super talented Indian superstar SALMAN KHAN the Compliment he Tweeted! We should do an ACTION FILM together!

It turns out that Khan has no interest in doing the ‘Hollywood’ thing, not that his Expendables 4 appearance barely even constituted a rumour – of course, these early stages are just a series of discussion and water testing. Anyway, he is keen to only work in the Hindi industry.
“I like to work in India a lot and I like to deliver dialogues in Hindi. Suddenly after Hindi dialogues for so many years if I say dialogues in English, it would look a bit weird. I’m very happy here,” Salman said when asked if he would be interested in Hollywood.
“They (Hollywood) work extremely hard but we don’t need to work that hard here. I’ll have to establish respect again and when I’m already receiving so much respect here then why? We work for respect; it’s taken so many years to earn respect here; so I don’t see any point,” the Dabangg actor said at a press meet.
But man, have you checked out this guy’s Wikipedia entry? Hit and run cases, witnesses being kidnapped… the guy has been busy.
