Is This The Manliest Video Game Intro Ever?

Back in the day when you weren’t enjoying the plethora of classics and manly movies in cinemas and on VHS, you could always await the next video game adaptation.  Above is one such example, the intro screen for RoboCop, released in 1988 on the Commodore 64.

Is it the manliest video game intro ever?  It might not be, but it’s probably the best loading screen ever.

This one was loaded from a cassette tape (who remembers that?) and took years to load, but man if that giant rendering of Murphy didn’t get you hyped up.  OCEAN did some good games at the time.  Hard as fuck too.

Probably the best RoboCop game release came out that same year but in arcades.
