Liam Neeson has just hit the big 65, which means in most places he’s now a pensioner.
Neeson has carved out somewhat of an action man career over the past decade which kind of makes his status as ‘pensioner’ noteworthy. Is he going to stay that course? Apparently he will, for now.
The Commuter is yet another actioner. In that movie, Neeson is an insurance salesman who is on his daily commute home, when it quickly becomes anything but routine. After being contacted by a mysterious stranger, Michael is forced to uncover the identity of a hidden passenger on his train before the last stop. As he works against the clock to solve the puzzle, he realizes a deadly plan is unfolding and is unwittingly caught up in a criminal conspiracy. One that carries life and death stakes for himself and his fellow passengers.
Following that, he’ll appear in two more spy thriller and not only another action movie in Hard Powder, but that movie will be a revenge actioner too.
What is manlier than revenge action? (That doesn’t feature Bronson, that is…)
