Six Manly New Trailers!

We have six new trailers to share here. Starting with the manly movie Speed Kills, starring John Travolta.  Anyone else getting a feeling of American Made, starring Tom Cruise?

Synopsis: A wealthy speedboat racer leads a double life that gets him into trouble with the law and drug lords.

I don’t know why this hasn’t been done more often because Kurt Russell seems to be the perfect fucking Santa Clause.

Here’s the official synopsis for The Christmas Chronicles:

THE CHRISTMAS CHRONICLES, a holiday adventure from producer Chris Columbus (“Home Alone”, “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone”) and director Clay Kaytis (“The Angry Birds Movie”), tells the story of sister and brother, Kate (Darby Camp) and Teddy Pierce (Judah Lewis), whose Christmas Eve plan to catch Santa Claus (Kurt Russell) on camera turns into an unexpected journey that most kids could only dream about. After staking out Santa’s arrival, they sneak into his sleigh, cause it to crash and nearly derail Christmas. As their wild night unfolds, Kate and Teddy work together with Santa – as you’ve never seen him before – and his loyal Elves to save Christmas before it’s too late.

Have you been waiting for the Joe Taslim/Iko Uwais/Julie Estelle movie The Night Comes For Us? Well it turns out it’ll have an October 19th release date, hitting this month on Netflix. C

Synopsis: An ex hit man must protect a young woman while trying to escape from the triad he used to belong to. During his getaway, a violent battle will break out in the streets of Djakarta. After making our hair stand on end in May the Devil Take You, Timo Tjahjanto delivers his second film this season: a hyperbolic urban action movie, essential for any fan of adrenaline.

Looks like Netflix has something spooky lined up in time for Halloween. Haunted is an upcoming TV series.

Synopsis: Real people sit down with friends and family to share terrifying true stories from their past, re-created through chilling re-enactments.

Gareth Evans may not be giving us a third Raid movie, but he is going off in a different direction for Apostle. Maybe that won’t be such a bad thing. Check out the trailer for this intelligent thriller above.

Synopsis: A man travels to a remote island to search for his missing sister after she is kidnapped by a murderous religious cult.

In this mystery thriller directed by Wes Miller, it looks like John Cusack is taking on police corruption when bent cops go gunning down someone they should not have.

Synopsis: When the son of a successful judge (Taye Diggs) is killed by two police officers (Luke Hemsworth/Gianni Capaldi) and the system sets them free, a hardened veteran detective (John Cusack) finds some incriminating files on the officers and the judge teams up with another mourning father (George Lopez) to take the law into his own hands.
