CARANO FIRING EXPOSES OBSCENE DOUBLE STANDARDS

Gina Carano has been fired from The Mandalorian, which, as it happens, is better than the recent Star Wars movies.

Lucasfilm announced this evening that the actress is no longer employed by the studio, nor do they have plans to work with her in the future. This comes in the wake of some Instagram posts Carano made earlier on Wednesday (which have now been deleted), one of which was a re-post from a different Instagram account comparing the plight of being a conservative actor in Hollywood to being Jewish during the holocaust (per Variety).

Seems a bit harsh.

The irony of course is that the firing of Carano validates the post (which wasn’t even hers).  Gina was also attacked by extremists in recent times for criticizing draconian mask laws.  Now isn’t it funny that Disney fires Gina Carano, but allowed James Gunn to continue as an employee?  This was after Gunn it was revealed that Gunn joked about masturbating to minors on social media.

Then, actor Dave Bautista came to Gunn’s defense.  What was Bautista’s method of defending outspoken liberal James Gunn?  By comparing Gunn’s critics to Nazis.  Isn’t that what Carano was fired for? Bautista at the time was an employee of Disney.

One rule for me, another for thee!

Can you imagine the uproar if Mel Gibson (for example) made obscene pedophile comments on the internet, then filled up his Twitter account with anti-Biden rants? At any rate, Gina Carano might want to consider the pursuit of legal action.  Then again, she might not.  She would probably lose, not through lack of evidence, but on political grounds.
